KaizenCo was built around a simple idea: bring the service to the event and handle the parts that normally require several suppliers.
Hosting usually means assembling a bar, a caterer, glassware, staff and someone to set it all up — then coordinating between them on the day. We put those pieces under one booking so the host has one team to talk to and one plan to approve.
Why the cart exists
Most venues were not built with a bar in them. The cart is a service point that arrives finished — dressed, stocked and staffed — so the bar is wherever the event is rather than wherever the plumbing is.
What KaizenCo provides
Cocktails and mocktails, spirits, wine and beer, chef-prepared food, glassware, bar equipment, styling and the staff to run the service. Clients can book all of it, or the cart on its own.
How the food and drinks fit together
Because the same team plans both, the timing works: welcome drinks land as guests arrive, food follows the programme, and nobody is chasing two suppliers to find out who is doing what.
What the team handles
Delivery, setup, styling, service through the booking, and clearing afterwards. The host approves the plan; we run it.
“Kaizen” is about steady improvement — which is how we treat the service, event after event.
