Do you provide the alcohol?

Service varies according to the booking. KaizenCo can supply the drinks, or you can provide agreed beverages and book the cart, glassware and service team around them.

Can we supply our own drinks?

Yes, subject to the agreed service format. Confirm it with us when you request your quote so the staffing and glassware are planned correctly.

Do you offer non-alcoholic events?

Yes. The mocktail service runs as a full bar in its own right — same cart, same glassware, same staff.

Can we hire the cart without staff?

Yes. Cart Hire is for clients who already have their own drinks, caterer or service team. The exact inclusions are confirmed at quotation stage.

Do you provide food?

Yes, catering can be included. You can book it on its own or combined with the bar through Bar & Bites, so one team handles both.

How many guests can you serve?

We quote against your event requirements. Tell us your guest count, service duration and venue and we will confirm the staffing and setup needed.

Do you travel outside Harare?

We are based in Harare and travel to venues across the greater Harare area. Let us know your location when you request a quote and we will confirm availability.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead for smaller events, and 2–3 months ahead for weddings and larger corporate functions, especially in peak season.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. The amount and payment terms are confirmed as part of your quote.
