Do you provide the alcohol?
The Bar offers cocktail packages with complimentary bottles. Classic includes 1 bottle of gin or vodka for shots, Signature includes 2 bottles (Botanical / Tequila), and Royale includes 4 bottles (Botanical & Tequila). Mocktail options are available in every package.
What does The Bar include?
Every bar package includes premium mixers, artisanal garnishes, crystal glassware, professional bar equipment and mixologist service. Choose Classic, Signature or Royale for your guest count and service duration.
Are mocktails available?
Yes. Mocktail options are available in every bar package. Tell us your preferences when you enquire so we can plan the drinks menu with you.
What is The Cloud Cart?
Our mobile shisha cart brings premium flavours and attentive service to your event. Every package includes premium shishas with your choice of flavours, a dedicated attendant, mobile cart setup, natural charcoals with refills, and mouthtips. Choose Classic, Signature or Royale for 4, 8 or 15 shishas and 2, 2.5 or 3 hours of service.
What food do you offer?
Our Tapas cart offers Classic at $250 and Royale at $300, with savoury small plates and desserts. Both menus include 2 hours of service. Let us know any dietary requirements when requesting your quote.
Which package suits my event?
The Bar serves up to 20 guests with Classic, 50 with Signature, or 100 with Royale. The Cloud Cart offers 4, 8 or 15 shishas respectively. For Tapas, choose a Classic or Royale menu and share your event details when you enquire.
Do you travel outside Harare?
We are based in Harare and travel to venues across the greater Harare area. Let us know your location when you request a quote and we will confirm availability.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead for smaller events, and 2–3 months ahead for weddings and larger corporate functions, especially in peak season.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. The amount and payment terms are confirmed as part of your quote.
Can I hire a cart without staff?
Yes. Dry hire is $70 per cart plus delivery, with a $100 security deposit. Customisation is available for an additional fee. You can also add professional service: a mixologist at $30 per hour, a waiter at $20 per hour, or a chef at $40 per hour.
